We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any goods you purchase please return them within 14 days and we will refund you in full (except postage). All items will be dispatched within 5 working days subject to the item being in stock and authorisation of the credit card.

If the item ordered is out of stock (which can happen very occasionaly as we update our website daily) or there is a problem with the payment, we will contact you.

Goods will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL. A signature will be required.

We will send you an email to let you know when your order is being dispatched, together with a tracking number.
